I just wanted to post an update here guys. With only 9 days to go, it was time to post what has been going on with this Kickstarter. It is wildly popular as you can see from it already reaching 100% funding. The stretch goals have been restructured to more realistic expectations. And from it a lot has been made available, as well as making the online game mode even more of a possibility!

I knoow $100k is pretty much an optimistic goal at this point, but you never know, it could surprise us!

This is looking very good. I've not tried the demo yet but will be this weekend. The video does help show us the quality to expect though.
 
Well a new WIP demo was just released that has new cars, so best to grab the latest when you do give it a try. The original link they just shared is from Wetransfer and autoo deleates after 5 days, so uploaded for preservation.

Cool to see this was funded, hope the people making it are up to the challenge to see it through to completion, particularly these stretch goals that were achieved.
 
It looks like the 100k stretch goal might be met. I hope so at least.

Seems like they got up over 68,000 Euros. I will say, those shots look a heck of a lot better than the trailer's. Actually looks like a DC game and not something you'd find on the Saturn.
 
still not convinced till i see it in action before the release day, so far i'm more disappointed than satisfied by their job..
 
Yeah not sure what there is to be let down about. This is a damn homebrew game pushing the limits of what Homebrew games look like. Name me one other 3D homebrew game that even comes close to these graphics...

Yeah, you are right. I wish it had tighter suspension on the cars, not so bouncy. They mentioned there will be a drift button for the cars I believe. Hopefully it will mean the cars don't bounce as much.
 
Do they have the licenses for all those cars? Having the DeLorean, K.I.T.T., the Lancia Stratos, a Lamborghini Countach, a Porsche 911, and what looks like a Ferrari Testarossa, all in the same game? And Hornet too?

Seems to good to be true.
