Hope this helps someone, here is pcb files for an Atx to Xbox converter pcb
(based off that hand drawn one floating around)
Board is 35mm x 23mm
I made this for a project trying to be compact and cheap, so its surface mount only. I have tested it and it works as it should, it is small enough you can heat shrink it.
