Who remembers Thexder? 3DO M2 related

So that demo I got working turns out to be a modeling test for Thexder. Someone on reddit guessed and when I compared the two it was a total match. I checked with the person who provided the files and they confirmed it once their memory had been jogged.

but I don’t have a developer name. Anyone remember any rumors or press of another entry in the Thexder series in the mid to late 90’s. Maybe even Dreamcast era as some M2 games (Powerstone) ended up transitioning to Dreamcast.

May be a lost alpha out there to be found but hard to start the hunt w/o some idea as to who to contact lol

Thexder goes back to PC-88 era and I remember playing on FM-77.
