Hello, im trying to do the same with mi Sony PVM 9040ME, its only composite and S-Video, but in the boards it has all the sockets and holes to add the missing parts so it can be a 9042MA :D i just need to know what i need to solder, cuz there are millions of components and idk what to add and what don't

Should be possible but not trivial. If its anything like the N-series, just compare partslists in the service manuals and make a new list, solder then done.

If its exactly the same part number on the input "Q"-boars then i can provide a list, if not. Im sorry i dont have the time to make one this time of the year.

Do you know of anyone who has successfully modded a PVM-9020 for RGB? IIRC when I looked inside, the jungle IC didn't have RGB out.

I think I can just solder the BNC and then wire them to the ic it's has RGB inputs and V BlK out. They are all the same 8040, 9040, 9045 etc..

I attached the data sheet of the jungle chip

IDK bro, you will need to look at the service manual and search for the jungle chip data sheet pinouts
