Stuff about arcade games and hardware is always good, especially 3D arcade games. I'm a big fan of the Taito Type-Zero, for example. Some of the more obscure Sega systems are really cool too, like the Hikaru; Star Wars Racer Arcade is one of my favorite arcade games ever, and Planet Harriers is pretty cool too (though I haven't played that one nearly as much).

Unreleased and prototype stuff is also interesting.
