Anyone know where this tin box is originated?

Initially thought it was part of Japanese LE merch but did not think there really was the release with this kind of small tin box.
So I thought it could be some sort of the event merch but couldn't think of any.

Anyone recognize this one I'd appreciate if you could enlighten us.

Could be anything from school stationary to hand towels. Japan does thousands of things like this. It may have also been full of sweets.

it's about 15 x 13 x 6cm in size. definitely too small to be of practical use. does fit the CD jewel case inside though.
