PS1 PSX aka PlayStation 1 question about Physics

Sorry if this is the wrong section, but I would love to know if the original PlayStation supported rigidbody physics or didn't supported physics at all.

Sure, it supported whatever the developer implemented, in software... But while possible, considering the age/performance of the system, I'd say in 99.9% of cases that CPU power was budgeted towards more important things - simplistic physics were usually deemed "good enough". At least I can't recall a single title having anything like that.

So, PSX was power enough to support rigidbody (if developers wanted to use it)?

Yes, Dave Mirra Freestlye BMX and Thrasher Skate and Destroy, both from the same developer Z-Axis, had it.
