PS3 PS3 slim personal information

Hello, I am going to sell a PS3 and I wanted to make sure where personal information (for instance, sony account) is saved in the slim (cech-2000a) model. Obviously excluding the hard disk, Is there any flash chip where any info is stored?

Yes any PS3 has a flash chip but only console specific data like the serial number and OS files are stored there.
Everything user related (PSN account info, Trophies etc.) is stored on the hard drive.
