Does i need to update the dsnet first?Try "find / -name romflash"
Without the quotation marks of course
And to be sure, you're still in /usr/local/sce/bin when you tried ./dsflash the last time, right?

i'll try the first option, i've allready tryed the second and wont work (see picture).Got a solution for you, you need the sdk installed, and ProDG, the Target Manager can update the flashrom.
You can find it on archive.org
Or you can transfer the program "flashrom" from the sdk /usr/local/sce/bin directory on your computer to the Tool's /usr/local/sce/bin and then dsflash should work fine.
The games that don't run might need some parameters for dsedb other than the default 2 100, check the manuals from the sdk or some of the threads on the assembler-games.com mirror in the Sony section, we discussed Tools and their uses and problems for years.
have you try with the parameter reset 0x000F0002 0x100 ?I hope you will find the best solution for your tool, i have different problem with my TOOL :

PS2 TOOL Problem
Hello, I have a small problem with my PS2 TOOL DTL-T10000 For the little story, it is a dead recovered tool (with the two IBM HDDs dead). At the time I recovered the image of the unclejun image disc (toolhdd1.img) on assemblergames (thanks a lot for this !). So I completely rebuilt the 30g...www.obscuregamers.com
