I have the following machines:

DTL-H90000A - What would you like to know about it?

Also, I didn’t see the following on your list.

These are NTSC U/C and NTSC J (TEST) machines but have European 240v power supplies built into them, hence the E designator. There might be other variants but these are the only ones I’ve got.

The books from SCEA and SCEE rarely had any DTL codes.

Do you know a site where most of the documentation is viewable / downloable ?
 
would be cool if anybody has ps2 test paper/manuals as they are pretty hard to find online?
 
How SCEA did send dev discs in the PS1 era? Any special envelopes with product stickers? I have seen discs but no envelopes or papers. The same question is about SCEE.
