Pc game from 2001 titled Odyssey

Does anyone recognize this game? It’s not the same as the game called Odyssey from 2000. It seems pretty far into development. There’s a compatibility issue with the Pc I’m using. That’s why the funny colors and menu/hud off to one side.

The 1st landscape reminds me of Magic Carpet...other then that, I have no idea. But good to know.

I do recall a magazine cover disc from around that time with a game by the name of Odyssey on the cover, I'll see if I can find it somewhere
