X360 need help building frankenxenon (aka xenon g5 devkits)

(Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong thread)
I had a problem at the stage of flashing the bios of the video card (this video card is ati firegl x3)
when I started doing this, I got the error "ERROR device programming" (in the ati multi flasher program)
after a while it stopped working altogether.
what to do?
p.s. for your convenience, I can give remote access to my computer
