N64 Multinorm N64 with single switch

hi ,

I went through the original tutorial overhere and I have parts ready http://www.retrovideogames.de/mods-adaptors/nintendo/n64-multinorm-single-switch-mod-overclocking/
, but one thing i don't get it from his schematic below, what does he mean with (location of PIF NUS on PCB) ??

i have the PAL PIF (p) NUS , then the IC mc14551 , but not getting where do those wires to (location of PIF NUS on PCB) ??
