Last one is PCSX2 and I think it looks better than PC which I ran Natively on my RTX2070 in 1080p. PC version I think (I'm not digital foundry I can't measure) runs at a higher framerate. PS2 has Rumble and PSP well a smooth PSP version.
SDX is arguably the best version to play on a PC (maybe the best for all systems) - it runs perfectly on my system even at 4K, and I still have a 980 Ti. I think it has improved graphics compared to any other version except possibly Online Arcade, and it has all of the content from the arcade version of SP.
There was one mod I installed that broke the game causing it to run so fast it was unplayable. I went back to Vanilla.
One really nice thing about the PC Version Is I can swap out the music I put better versions of the classic songs and I hid the After burner theme in there someplace. Good stuff.
