GBA List of GBA Development Hardware?

Hello! :O

I was wondering if there is a list of all the GBA development-related hardware (with known descriptions maybe?), all I've seen so far is that GBA TS2 board (A few threads down from mine) and some prototype flashcarts.

Was there a full-set of development hardware like the DS? I feel like it wouldn't be too feasible to keep copying a game to a flashcart and keep testing

Here's some info on SN's ProDG kit for GBC: http://devkits.handheldmuseum.com/GBC-ProDG/ - I assume a GBA version would've looked very similar. After all, all the differences would've been in the cartridge.
