How much RAM does an STV have?

This question came up in another thread. There was speculation that it might have double RAM versus a Saturn somewhere.

I own a STV and can Google chips, so....

2x HM514260AJ7
3x HM5241605
4x d4502161g5
1x hm514270aj7

That's probably most of the RAM.

I'm on my phone now, but can Google the details later.

Well, my calculations would put that equal to a Saturn, based upon the datasheets that I'm reading. Disclaimer- I'm no electronics genius.
