That raw from the factory, untrimmed PS2 motherboard is pretty cool. Looks like a gh-012 aka V4. Looks like the network card port/header never got soldered in? At the risk of sounding stupid, what is meant by M/C page? Is this some kind of quality control tag?

M/C mean Manufacture Control , it mean still turning solder / setup the line....
the pager is report side A is bad . and yes, some still not soldered
