I’ve been modding Need For Speed The Run & Hot Pursuit 2010 the past 6 months discovering unseen/hidden elements. If anyone knows about any dev builds of these two games please contact me.

I do not know of any dev builds, but. does that mean your aware of DGIorio's scripts to unpack/pack the games on the Chameleon engine variation?
Which includes the following:
Burnout Paradise
Burnout Paradise Remastered
Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2010
Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2010 Remastered
Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012

Or is there something else you used for NFSHP2010?
If so can you please share some info/links if that's alright?
