Hello everyone !

i found a cartridge who contain a tool for to uncrypt dev cartridge (i believe).

maybe was used to send dev cartridge over mail without risk to get leaked...

i don't found any information on it. code was signed by Nintendo (01) but it can't be a nintendo tool
a sticker with japanese text is onside, but i don't know what has mean ("SOUND ROM" ?)
UPDATE: it could be a chip recycling

>>HERE a bunk of pictures

Video:

Same screen & same animation with & without cartridge.
I tried with a Mario Bros retail cartridge and it does nothing more. (retail cartridge still work fine)

So, you're only guessing what it could be..? What makes you even believe this?

Maybe it is just what it says on the label?

I think i figured it out. I searched the model of the flash chip msp55lv650 and got thisMSP55LV128.jpg
from this site https://flashcartdb.com/index.php/MSP55LV128_AGB-E05-01. It seems that they used salvaged slot machine flash chips on some cheap gba flashcards. So based on that I would guess that that device is a flash linker to program an empty flashcard through the gba linkcable port. However the only way to know for sure would be to dump the cart and inspect the rom.
