Found a 220v 240v DTL-H 10000

Hi guys, I have the possibility to buy a 220-240v DTL-H 10000, is rare? Is it region free?

It's region free, not super rare. But rare nevertheless since this the first edition.

Actually that model is region locked because the region codes for non japanese regions weren’t ready when they were made. The ps1 driver also has a hard coded region check that causes non jp games to black screen. The 220v version are uncommon, however they should function the same as the other 10000 debugs.

It was DTL-H10000 E on the box but all the units inside boxes were just DTL-H10000. And yes, it’s Japanese region locked.
