Does Evil Night on the 3DO M2 have a secret ending? A Halloween mystery

So either Evil Night has a secret fourth ending / area or it doesn’t lol. I can’t even decide what I believe. Any thoughts from the OG brain trust?

Best I can think of is they wanted to include a special ending with the black key usable somewhere, but it was scrapped, and they forgot to remove the key from the game...?

Yes my guess is it was never finished but intended to be included. Cut content basically
