Saturn Cross Saturn Midi Port MB Pinout

I opened my Cross Saturn for some work. On the way i made a picture of the MIDI cable pinout on the Saturn Motherboard.
Im sure some people here are interested in the pinout to rebuild the extension cable. Hope this help!
When someone interested in rebuilding it, will be nice to share information here, also questions and results.

I dont want to remove the clue but im sure its clear to see, 3 cable and GND
