Castlevania character never made it into the game. Cut content. Simon and Richter were supposed to be in.

The four secret characters will be at the end of the releases (of course) lol

Wait, that's the opening demo, not the ending sequence.
Here's a trailer I found from a TGS 97 Autumn footage. The beginning was reused for the opening demo, but it shows much more. It shows Simon's whip-tip at 43:01 and Simon Belmont for a very brief moment at 43:59.
