I'll be adding some other fun stuff I either make or own...or BOTH! Start i'd begin with a 2TB "Giants Box" I just built for my best bud. Looks even better in person, I was surprised how nice the orange looks.62306181_10217696432315063_5510500305566957568_n.jpg62234451_10217696432555069_5863448962626748416_n.jpg62106334_10217696432835076_7797520062260183040_n.jpg

Some of the Xbox's i've built or bought in the past. There's a slim I made I call the "creamsicle box" i'm fairly proud of. There's also a 3TB build (so you get the full 2TB) that's all black lights I call the PDP box that really makes everything around it light up as well. 53625655_10217068340693165_8403337246744248320_n.jpg

My Fav Controller ever! Love this beast. I have a new table that's just for this now that I can wheel in and out of game room and my legs fit under so it's more comfortable then back in this pic when i had it on my game room work table.50616707_10216708309372607_2920098923966103552_n.jpg

Interesting. I believe this is the first time I have seen such a passionate xbox collection. May I ask, why Xbox?

Thanks, ive come to appreciate the most advanced console of it's time. Working on them and modding them has just given me a real true appreciation for what a wonderful machine this was and what's its still capable of doing. Now having said that i can't argue with the fact that the PS2 had the greatest library ever..but there's a lot of hidden gems on this xbox system to be sure and many of the multi-platform games looked much better on the xbox.

I love almost all systems though; everything from the Fairchild Channel F to the newest three consoles. Currently I'm just having the most fun collecting for the xbox since i think it's the perfect time to collect for it. Lots of amazing but low costing games.

Ive outgrown my game room but luckily have come an empty nester and gained another room..lol. Just built this Xbox overflow area. Not all my xbox consoles, or xbox items but a pretty good amount which has really helped me reduce clutter in the main game room.

Awesome. You just usually see passionate Nintendo fans because of the memorable games or passionate Playstation because it was so popular. Very unique collection

3TB?? In an original Xbox??? Woah.

Also, nice Pink / Purple LEDS! Where'd you get em?
The led's I just picked up on amazon and soldered them in. Have to use resisters for the ones in the controller ports. and the OGXbox can only read 2tb, but you always lose space to partitions and such so with a 3TB you can fully pack up to 2TB of games. I literally have 1% free space..lol.

Your collection looks awesome!

But I'm really curious about that orange xbox. Is it some limited edition, paint or an third party shell?

I painted it, added LED lights inside and made it a slim. (notice the missing DVD drive).

That dev kit is awesome! I've always thought that the OG xbox dev kits were like a tower PC.
Do you have any pictures of the internals? I'm rather curious about that PCB with the serial connector.

It's never been opened so i don't have the heart to break the seals.
