Alpha I- II Xbox GPUs MS update

We like to research the diffence of the Alpha 1- 2 Xbox Kit.
First at all i was thinking MS just upgrade the CPU, but they switch the GPU with other hardwrae/bios-
Love to compare, get a resource here of the different Alpha GPUS Bios files!
What can you provite?

I think it's Geforce 2 GTS. There are no leaked recoveries for alpha I though afaik

So NV15? I think dec2000 recovery is for alpha one.
My alpha two i740 have a special flash which have xbox start up screen, don’t know if alpha one card have the same feature
