XBOX XIII December 2002 Preview build - Xbox

This is an preview build dated December 2002 of XIII, it was found by Steve Troughton-Smith in an Xbox Development Kit that contained other Ubisoft games beta builds. Despite being basically a year before its release, its not much different from the final game.
