Hi guys,

I have a Victor Wondermega M1 system (Japan) and am wondering if any other power supply might work for it? As I dont have the the official one.

Would a Sega Mega drive 2 power adaptor work as well? Or any other systems one?

Thanks in advance :)

No, that is not safe. It does not have the right voltage, and has too little amperage. For the X'Eye scene, many people have bought and used Asus EE-PC 701 chargers for their system's power needs. The power supplies should be the same spec and these are readily available with 9.5V and 2.3A of power on eBay for around $15.

I'm not sure if the power jack size is the same as CDX. If WM1 it's same as CDX, then you can purchase a PSU for COMPAQ EVP100. It's common on ebay or aliexpress. The rated power is 10V 1.5A. Inner positive polarity.
