Its a drawing Pad from Seiko for the IS-Character from IS/Nintendo. The Plug looks like a Midi connector? First research for the pad gives back nothing.

So im looking for a DC 5V 500mA psu with midi plug?
Its connected throw a parallel port. Not sure the power out has the volatge to use it without power supply..

Looks like it needs 5V and 12V. Not sure on the pinout though. I'm guessing you'll have to open it up unless it has a diagram somewhere.

You need .5 amps on the 5V line, and .1 amps on the 12v line

The Chinese for CN1 seems to indicate what pins are what but it doesn’t have PIN numbers so it’s hard to decipher. Seems like it’s saying there is a row of three and a row of two pins? Hard to say.

So you’d have to explore the board more or use a multimeter to probe the port and see what is 5/12/Ground.

From there I’d just find a power adapter that has the same voltages, and splice in the proper connector

+= maybe 12V
5 = maybe 5V
F = ?
- = maybe GND
G = ?

I will next check the pinout of that midi plug to the points. But without voltage on the board i do not really know how to check what is 5 and 12V and even than i dont know what F/G is for..

edit :

from the Midi plug ->

shield = pcb F
1 = pcb +
2 = pcb -
3 = pcb 5
4 = pcb G
5 = pcb unused

Nice. Surprised it was that easy to find. I was anticipating a custom power supply build!

They are the wire colors, written using katakana abbreviations.

+ シロ White
5 アカ Red
F シー Shield (short for シールド)
- ミド Green (short for ミドリ)
G クロ Black
