My A button was dying :( dropping like half the inputs. No amount of canned air or isopropyl was solving it, so I swapped in Sanwa buttons instead. Bummer it’s not stock any more but these sticks are so old I’m impressed it made it this long.

Hopefully this is useful for anyone else who may want to repair / mod their AES stick in the future
