Raspberry Pi 4 : first hands-on review!

Raspberry Pi 4 just launched, and creative design company pi-top have had pre-release units for some time. So in this first hands-on review, gadget fan Jason Bradbury and pi-top VP of Technology Wil Bennett, put the Raspberry Pi 4 through it paces in a series of tests against the 3B+.

Hopefully it can handle Saturn, N64, Dreamcast and possibly PSP emulation. PS2, GC and above are kinda out of the question still I reckon. Saturn emulation has come very far along in the past 2-3 years, and PPSSPP runs pretty well on oldish hardware.

PSP is fairly hit-or-miss too. Some games seem to run fine while others have major performance problems.
