for enter to SYSTEM MENU press START+B on light gun
calibration TEST MODE -> I/O TEST

It's supposed work on crt vga?
Even after calibration the gunsight is way off

i checked, really the accuracy is very bad
the sight constantly jumps when connected to VGA
