PS2 - Xbox Backup Standards

Is there a guide or standards on how to backup PS2 games? I have a stack of games I plan on releasing every few weeks or through the project on this website. Didn’t want to waste time of ripping improperly. I would rather use either Linux or MacOS tools. If I have to, I’ll boot up one of my shitty windows VMs I have to use for dev stuff

PS2 is straight forward, but Xbox (which is in your title but not the post?) is a bit more involved.

Xbox is no more involved than any other DVD-r if it is a burned disc though.
