when I scan the press PS2 Disc design........
I find PlayStation 2 First one game ID is ~~ DUMY-12
sure is a real , because down there have IFPI code too!!!

IIRC Wasn't GT 2000 and a Snooker game the first PS2 games released weeks before the console release?
 
Probably placeholder graphics before the game was assigned an ID.
