PC Engine csync buffering with ths7374

From what I have read, csync on pc engine needs buffering.
What's the proper way to do that with ths7374?
Maybe something like that?
csync---100nf---CHin CHout---330uf---75R----csync out?

I always brought c sync from the pce straight to scart without any component, never had sync issues with any monitor

I use crts, don't know nothing bout upscaling stuff

If I use it directly, my led tv acts weird. the brightness increases and decreases.

Mm actually I use only crts I remember trying a pc engine rgb modded but without amp (rgb signals directly to av out) on the Samsung lcd I use as a TV and it seemed like amped by itself I mean I was seeing bright colors, lcd act weird in different ways
