I've seen this mod XERC 2 XE for an IR remote to power on the console. Is it possible over IP to power on the console? Maybe through a Raspberry Pi Zero or something.

Maybe put a cap on the power button to simulate a momentary press on power on, and use one of those wireless Sonoff thingies (or similar) to do the actual switching
