XBOX OG Debug kit with XboxHD+

I want mod a Debug kit with the XboxHD+ kit. I bought the parts, just wait for it. Did anyone before?
My debug Kit is late 2003. Not sure about the revs of the debug MBs are they all same like retails? Or all like rev0 retail?
I also will change the Fans and add a ssd with ide adapter, and a complete recapp.

not recommended to do, since xboxhdmi (or xboxhd+) requires a patched evox m8plus bios to work properly, and debug kits obviously do not support those bioses

I was thinking its just needed for FW updates?

nope, it is needed for the mod to properly work. without patched bios, it might not work on some displays (weird resolution out); have screen shifting issues; not support extra features (upscaling etc). just get a retail console, chip it with openxenium, install 128mb of ram, and then install the hdmi mod instead, this way you will keep the debug hardware untouched
