Looking for specific game demos

Hi there,
I'm currently looking for demo versions of games that contain a lot of dummied out content from the full game (or heck, even an early version of the full game like in Crash Bash) or demos that are based on prototype versions of the game (like the Japanese PS1 Rayman demos or the Sly 2 demo etc...)
I'm trying to compile a list of them. So far I've had a look at the demos for the PS1 Spyro games, Kiosk demos of N64 and DS games and a few PS2 demos, but I wonder if you guys would know of any.

May be worth looking into anything that's a time-limited demo, especially if it's open world. GTA2 comes to mind. And I think one of the Saints Row games had a barrier around the demo area that people eventually managed to clip through.

I need to find that Saints Row demo (I always find it for modded 360s but mine isn't) and look into that.
Oh yeah, I forgot about FFVII having a very early PS1 demo! I guess the FFVIII demo would count too then
