Dreamcast Huge bug in Moho (pal) and Ball breakers (usa prototype)

This game have a serious bug.You cant complete the game with the secret characther the doctor. In the last prison in sophies arena the game freeze during the loading. All player except sophie have this level and it work fine, but not with the doctor.
This flaw is present in pal gdi and us prototype gdi as well.
I know in the end of dreamcast life some games are rushed to get out, but testers of the game were to lazy.

i think is posible to fix this. in emulator log were i see the files accessed, the files are the same of the other players in this level, it looks like a problem in the instructions loaded to memory, so maybe its possible to compare the other players (that work well)to the doctor, and do the necessary modifications...this of course at assembler level...

There is also a radio music bug in GTA2.

So that's why the tracks always restart?!
All these years I just assumed they didn't care, since day-time wasn't included...
The sound channels are reversed too! Just let a car pass by, it's so obvious!
