Both of those boards have the revision marked on them - the N64 is (as la-li-lu-le-lo said) a NUS-CPU (P)-01 - I.E. the initial version of the PAL main board. The Saturn is a VA PAL SD - the reason for the slightly strange designation is that when they were being made there was a tight supply situation with RAM and they made two variants of the board - one using SDRAM and the other using SGRAM - these were designated VA SD and VA SG

Maybe it’s a “VA3”?
The Saturn is a VA3 PAL, you can tell from the serial number.
VA1 to 5 Saturn boards have some odd designations on them. VA1 was not marked in any way except for the controller board. VA2 and 3 were listed as VA SG and VA SD. VA4 and 5 are identical to 2 and 3 except that IC6 was a different chip. VA2-5 were used in both model 1s and model 2s.
