Gba ram speeds

Hi, I was just wondering what the gba ram read write speed was measured in MB per second, including the iram and work ram. I was wondering since none of this info seems to be documented, and people say the team is very slow. Is the ram slower than snes or genesis? How does the speed hold up against the two. I would also like to know the same for the dma channels. Thank you!
