Anyone have a save file with the Ferrari Testa Rossa in Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2?

It's apparently an unused car with complete car model that is not able to be accessed during normal gameplay, but can be gotten through a cheat device like gameshark. I figure if someone has a save game they can upload that would be one of the easiest ways for people to check this out.

If I follow well the guide the gamesharkcode is :
2C1D2D8E ->5E

But like for widescreen hacks code I don't know how to convert a gameshark adress to hex adress... In order to add it directly in game :
For me it looks like something close to that :
1ST_READ.BIN adress 0x1C2D8E
0x00 to 0x5E
