SNES 1 chip recap, Picture cut out, but there is still sound.

So my friend the doctor decided to get a 1 chip Super Famicom and he did the capacitor replacement, that 1 capacitor that fixes ghosting or something. System worked fine for a day or two but now he's telling me he's getting no picture at all but he is getting sound. I'm stumped, if he had a Saturn I could walk him through but Nintendo repair isn't my forte. He's not sure if there was an issue prior to him replacing that 1 small capacitor. But he is having issues now.

Edit, seems to have been a bad solder job. He's testing now.
